An MVP or first platform release has a reference range of €5,000–€12,000 + VAT and may exceed it depending on scope. Complex systems are assessed from €10,000 + VAT, without a preset ceiling. Categories can overlap. These are our own estimates, not market averages or packages; infrastructure, external services and maintenance are separate costs.

Once scope is defined, we estimate 2–4 weeks of development for a small application, 4–8 weeks for a medium-sized one and 2–4 months or more for larger projects. The overall calendar also includes requirements discovery, start availability and any waits for access, data, feedback and client approvals.
